When used as a daily living aid Couple It can bring independence with dignity following: * knee surgery * broken leg * hip replacement surgery, and while * in late stages of pregnancy * suffering back pain * using crutches * confined to a wheelchair * in permanent or temporary care. Couple It clips are for use on your own underwear. You simply cut your underwear at the side seams. Couple It locks permanently on the side seams of your underwear with no sewing required. A simple action will then clip and unclip for the underwear to come on and off. Couple It clips cannot be removed once attached and come with a comfort tab to prevent the clips coming in contact with the skin. Couple It Side Fastening Underwear gives you the convenience of underwear with the Couple It clips and comfort tabs already attached. Available in packs of three pairs for boys, girls, ladies and men in a range of sizes, all underwear is cotton and machine washable.
