Countz builds AI agents that perform accounting advisory work—the work requiring the deepest accounting knowledge: Full pre-audit assessments, quality of earnings reviews when a company is sold, ARR figures investors will rebuild, and investigation when DSO keeps rising. Most AI in finance writes: it posts entries or closes the books, and a person checks what it wrote. Countz uses AI for verification. Our agents read what a company has already recorded, test every transaction against the underlying records, and return a PPT and workbook in which every figure can be re-performed. They do it in a tenth of the time and cost. Because they only read, there is no IT project: they run on the finance team's laptops, inside the AI tools the company already uses.
