Countywide Metal Fab & Finish, Inc. was started in April 2004. We make parts for every industry, including construction, electronic, lighting, and military. We operate in 11,000 square feet servicing both the prototype and production run facets of the metal parts industry. Our diversity is our strength. With our ability to manufacture a part without sub-contracting operations ( except plating) , we can monitor production from design (Solid W orks) to finish (both wet and powder coat painting) without ever leaving our facility. O ur operations include CNC punching for plate up to ¼", forming on our 10' CNC brake, machining on our 3 mills, and turning parts on our lathe OR 4' CNC brake for smaller part production runs. We weld all types of metal, having both MIG and TIG processes available. Our hardware is inserted by Pemserter, assuring accuracy on all our fastener, standoff, and insert placements. Powder coat and wet paint are applied in-house to meet our clients' requirements.
