Beginning with entry-level fitness trainers and instructors, we offer a progressive advancement program with five distinct levels: Fitness Instructor, Professional Trainer, Advanced Trainer, Elite Trainer, and Master Trainer. We offer educational subsidies to help employees learn and advance through the levels. Upper-level trainers are then selected for management training and offered management positions.
