Count Porkula BBQ was established in 2008. It was founded by two eager fellas with a vision to serve the best BBQ in Little Rock, Arkansas! What started as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion and now we are bringing our custom eatery to everyone. For eight years we have been perfecting the process to serve quality BBQ in Arkansas. It started with our smoker Count Porkula. This one of a kind smoker was rusted, broke down, and not worthy of smoking anything. It was on its last leg, however we quickly refurbished it back into working condition and we knew right away we had something that would last a lifetime. Over the next few years we cooked for family and friends, tailgates, and realized we had started something we were passionate about and something people enjoyed being around.
