Counselor Realty is an agent-owned real estate brokerage based in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas, serving the twin cities and suburbs as well as surrounding cities such as Rochester, Brainerd, St. Cloud, Alexandria, etc. Counselor Realty has no training program for new agents but rather is designed to create a professional environment in which to work for experienced agents. Each office is independent accounting with each office voting on agent partner applicants. Once an agent is voted in, a stock purchase in Counselor stock offers that agent the rights of a stockholder, such as voting on issues, policies, etc.
