Couloir Group is an advisory firm built for the intersection of climate, infrastructure, and the built environment. We work in the lower middle market — companies between $5M and $50M in revenue that are too complex for generalist advisors, too early for most institutional capital, and too important to the energy transition to be left without a rigorous path forward. Our work is dual-sided: we help operators and founders sharpen their capital story and connect with the right investors, and we help capital allocators source, evaluate, and access deal flow in sectors where relationships and domain knowledge determine who sees the best opportunities first. A couloir is a steep, narrow channel through demanding terrain — the kind of route that requires skill, commitment, and judgment to navigate. That framing guides how we work: we don't take the easy path around complexity. We work through it.
