COTTONWOOD COVES INC Information

Cottonwood Coves is a gated and quiet community of manufactured homes for seniors 55 years of age and older. These very affordable, modern, and comfortable homes, individually owned by our residents, are professionally installed on our lot spaces, which are rented on a month-to-month, open ended basis. The community of Cottonwood Coves was originally developed in 1962. In 2000 we elected to change from a family community to a senior community for those 55 years of age and older. In 2002, a privacy gate system was installed with other enhancements that keep the community up to date. We offer an outdoor swimming pool (open during the summer months) and a comfortable clubhouse, both of which are available to all residents for group and private events. Property Ownership is comprised of second generation family members who have owned and operated the community since 1974. The focus of management is to continually improve and upgrade making Cottonwood Coves a desirable and top quality community for many years to come. Management is dedicated to seeing the continuation of Cottonwood Coves as a leading manufactured housing community.
