Costplan Group is a global consultancy providing cost and compliance services across a variety of sectors and locations. Founded in Brisbane in 2006, we have grown from a specialist Quantity Surveying practice into a group with offices in Australia, Papua New Guinea and the United Kingdom. We deliver Quantity Surveying, Construction Planning, Health & Safety (including CDM 2015 and Principal Designer) and Building Control through Orbital Building Control. Together, these services help ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and as designed, safely and efficiently. Our approach is hands-on. Skilled employees and directors are involved in every project, and we go beyond the brief to identify challenges, find solutions and add value clients may not expect. Our work with sub-contractors and main contractors keeps our construction cost knowledge current and gives our people a strong technical grounding to develop into future leaders. Costplan Group is regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and our team includes members of RICS and the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS).
