Today, only 1% of the world’s beans get to slow roast in our own Costa Coffee Roastery where our chief roaster Gennaro, whose tongue is insured for £10m, tests every batch to safeguard our unique flavour. What’s more, each of our baristas gets over 100 hours of training to qualify as a fully-fledged coffee maestro, and our Express machines combine freshly ground beans, fresh milk and cutting-edge tech to deliver you an awesome cup of coffee, wherever you happen to be. So, whenever you see one of our famous red cups, you know that's a great cup of coffee. Because at Costa Coffee we don’t ever settle for average - and nor should you.
