COST Action IC0905 TERRA Information

COST Action IC0905 TERRA (COST-TERRA) is a European international forum to bring together technical and economic experts for spearheading a regulatory break-through for European development of Cognitive Radio and Software Defined Radio (CR/SDR) technologies. As of April 2011 COST-TERRA membership included researchers from academia, industry and regulators from 19 European countries. The MoU has been signed on cooperation with the global Wireless Innovation Forum (former SDR Forum), ETSI, IEEE DySPAN as well as individual cooperating institutions in Canada and South Africa.
