The Company's Machado property is located on Machado ridge, approximately 180 kilometers south-southeast of the provincial capital of Mitu in the Vaupes province of southeastern Colombia. The Machado property covers an area of approximately 9, 970 hectares. The Machado property covers southernmost approximately 20 kilometers of the ridge, and is centered approximately six kilometers west of the town of Taraira.
