UK mainland orders placed before 5:30pm can be shipped from our central distribution hub, to your doorstep by 9am the next day. All our products come with warranty included, and you can extend this for a small additional cost. For your old equipment, we offer to buy back your old headsets, and offset the cost against a replacement, or if your headset is broken, our in-house technicians can repair your equipment for you, and swiftly return it to you for a nominal charge.
