Some may prefer to call themselves Executive Search Consultants, but I can’t bring myself to make something more complicated than it needs to be. Headhunting is a straightforward process, but senior people will only engage with people who talk their talk. I can do that. I work mostly in the B2B Service Sector as that’s my most active network, but as headhunting skills are entirely transferable, I do stray into other markets with success. I’m not just ‘any-old’ headhunter though. I use modern techniques because they make me fast and efficient, but I also lean on a commercial background, mostly in the B2B Support Services sector, where I used to employ headhunters – and that helps and motivates me to be the headhunter I never found when I needed one. I also stray into Outplacement, Team Building, and Psychometrics, but at my core is headhunting. I also offer recruitment training for front line managers, particularly those who are responsible for the delivery of services.
