The CoronavirusTechHandbook provides a space where technologists, specialists, civic organisations and public & private institutions can collaborate on a rapid and sophisticated response to the coronavirus outbreak. It is a dynamic resource with many hundreds of contributors that is evolving very quickly. The CoronavirusTechHandbook was conceptualized by founders Nathan Young and Edward Saperia at in February of 2020. They were quickly joined by Joseph Reeve, and Waverley Coquet, research fellows at the London College of Political Technologists. The tight-knit volunteer team was able to turn what started as a homespun project into a global hackathon. Through their efforts, the handbook amassed hundreds of volunteer collaborators across the globe and has been translated into several languages. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coronavirus_Tech_Handbook
