Corona Solutions Information

Corona Solutions started as a software company in 1995, by Dale Harris – a former police officer, detective, and law enforcement analyst, and a member and first president of the IACA – and his son – Dan Harris, a software developer. They had a vision of providing efficient and effective staffing solutions to patrol departments. Since its inception, Corona Solutions has not only eased the creation of patrol schedule and resource allocation plans, it has in turn seen the agencies’ service provided to their communities improve. We are proud to see our service help strengthen these relationships. We continue to pursue the vision of Corona’s foundation by providing services that increase the confidence an agency has in their patrol operations. By presenting data-driven workload information on a regular basis, providing insight and analysis on patrol time statistics, and proposing options for improving service to your community, Corona is humbled and excited to be working with the people whose main goal is to protect and serve.
