Cleveland Leadership Center's mission is to advance a community of leaders to build a Greater Cleveland. We develop leaders through learning and community engagement opportunities that connect, inspire, and challenge them to make a positive impact.
Through leadership development programming, diving into current social and civic issues, and connecting participants with the people and projects addressing those issues, participants become better equipped and inspired to make a difference in our community.
Through an extensive portfolio of offerings, our programming spans four generations, from high school through retirement.
* Look Up To Cleveland: high school juniors and seniors.
* Campus Cleveland: college-age students.
* OnBoard Cleveland: early-career professionals.
* Cleveland Bridge Builders: mid-career professionals.
* Leadership Cleveland: senior-level positional leaders.
* Civic Leadership Institute: adults of all ages.
We also create customized civic leadership programs and experiences in response to community needs and requests.

Leadership Greater Chicago is a 30-year-old nonprofit organization that cultivates Chicago’s business, public and civic leaders through a deeper understanding of the issues facing our community and each other, helping them to build a better Chicago.
Through its Fellows Program, LGC provides a foundation for a lifelong commitment to civic engagement by creating awareness of key issues facing the Chicago region and challenges leaders to bring about positive change in the community.
Each year, the Program brings together a select group of Chicago’s leaders to explore key challenges facing the Chicago region. Each Fellow brings with them a unique perspective and expertise that, combined with others, paints a more complete picture of the issues facing our community and the world.
The 10-month Fellows Program examines complex issues up close, using a series of retreats, seminars and community visits to bring our Fellows face-to-face with the people directly affected by the toughest issues that impact the region.
