Cornwall Housing, as the largest provider of social housing in Cornwall, is well placed to make a significant impact on the supply and quality of Housing in Cornwall. We provide not only housing management and maintenance, but a wide range of other Housing services including; the management of Gypsy and Traveller sites and Leaseholder services. We are also developing properties for the Council, and new Gypsy and Traveller pitches. Our direct labour organisation has grown since the start of the company as we bring services back in house to ensure value for money and a focus on quality and efficiency. The Council have been developing a new Strategic Housing Framework for Cornwall which is a key document for the company to enable us to ensure that our Strategic Plan helps the Council to deliver their priorities over the coming years.
