Cornerstone Pediatric Rehabilitation Information

Cornerstone is a unique facility providing physical, occupational, developmental and speech therapy, as well as nutritional services to children in west central Indiana. Our vision is to provide high quality rehabilitative care in both traditional and alternative settings conductive to each client's progress in order to promote independent function. We take a multifaceted approach including family input, outstanding therapeutic skill and community support for each child. As part of our vision for providing exceptional care, we focus on developing highly trained therapists and developing relationships with our clients, as well as their families, healthcare providers, schools and communities.
