Cornell Hackathons Information

We ~6 hackathons annually in NYC and Ithaca, NY, each bringing together around 150 students for a weekend of rapid ideation and prototyping. Our events culminate in a Demo Day, where student teams showcase their innovative solutions. We pride ourselves on fostering interdisciplinary radical collaboration. As professional hackathon organizers, we take our responsibility seriously. Our hackathons are not caffeine-fueled all-nighters but focused on novelty, originality, feasibility, usefulness, and sustainability—both financial & environmental. While the demos on Sunday may be wireframes or minimal viable products, with further development, they have the potential to become full-fledged products, services, and businesses (that's happend more than once). We aim to surprise and delight our participants with meaningful content, amazing networking opportunities, nutritious food, and all the support and resources needed for a transformational experience with lasting impact.
