Tasting Room was founded in 2002 by experienced restaurateur and fine wine merchant, William Baber. Tasting Room champion boutique, independent vineyards and quality over quantity, because good wines take care and nuturing. They should be complex and interesting, reflecting the nature of the soil they grown in and the personality of the people who made them. We work with individual and independent winegrowers who not only produce wines in the traditions of the generations who went before them, but who were as fascinated by innovation and the ways to maintain the distinctive flavours of their wines as they were pernickety about their quality. We believe they bring a distinction and individuality to their wines and we look forward to sharing them with you.
