Being a third generation Townsville based construction company, Managing Director John Mahlouzarides literally has the building DNA in his genes, with the related family internationally associated with the construction industry. John's proactive attitude maintaining daily operations both on and off site demonstrates he has no hesitation in getting his hands dirty. Having commenced in the building industry in 1976 as an apprentice, John was indentured to his father Nicos Mahlouzarides. John's wife Sylvia manages the administration and office, her past experience includes working in both the legal and banking industries. Sylvia also comes from a building family, with her father Paul Moosmann being a highly respected local commercial builder. Nicholas Mahlouzarides also has recently joined the business starting at the bottom as an apprentice carpenter and is currently studying to gain his qualifications as a registered builder, he balances his days between an administrative and hands on role.
