Synergy Fitness has had a long and proud history since 1976 as world leaders in the innovation, design and evolution of commercial strength and conditioning equipment.
The Synergy group was the very first to design and manufacture pin loaded machines with compound converging/diverging arc, unilateral movement technology, for its upper body pin loaded machines, as well as many other original and innovative designs, including for example, the Seated Leg Curl machine and the first multi-function dual adjustable pulley system with adjustable back rest support, all designed already way back in the early 1990's. These original, very simple, yet highly effective revolutionary designs still form the basis of our Synergy strength line and are now essentially copied in various forms by most other leading manufacturers around the world.
In 2012 Synergy began development on more uniquely innovative patented products, including Bilateral Stability Control technology on our pin loaded strength products, as well as a whole new range of Air Displacement Ergometers, married with continuous variable transmission (CVT) and unilateral crank technology. These unique features effectively cater for the entire spectrum of physical conditioning needs, from rehabilitation clients to world class athletes. No other brand in the world is able to offer Bilateral Stability Control or unilateral movement across an entire range of strength and cardio products. Synergy Fitness has also developed uniquely efficient and effective simulated altitude training systems, making hypoxic training now a truly viable commercial fitness training facility option.
Synergy’s dominant market position, within the Australian fitness and sports industries has been earned on the basis of quality product lines, dedicated service and consultancy support, together with unmatched industry knowledge and expertise, resulting in unprecedented customer satisfaction.
At Peak Performance our mission is simple: to make our customers and their customers more successful.
We do this by developing peak performing people and customer centric company cultures, in four ways:
• Culture
We are best known for our large-scale work to transform culture, but we don’t do culture change per se. We help our customers to put their customers at the heart of everything they do.
• Customised training and consulting
When it comes to training, one size definitely doesn’t fit all. That’s why a large part of our business is customised training to improve the performance of sales, service, and leadership teams. Over the years we have helped more than 50,000 people hone their skills.
• M&A culture integration
We believe that Peak Performance is the first company in Australasia to offer specialist culture integration services to make mergers and acquisitions more successful. Our proven methodology reduces the risk of culture clash during mergers and acquisitions, and accelerates the cultural integration process. Our CEO Linley Watson is the author of "Avoiding the M&A Failure Club (What the Numbers Don't Reveal)", which outlines why people and culture can make or break your M&A deal.
• Assessments & profiling
To support all of the above we offer state-of-the-art tools for culture assessment and precision profiling of executives.
