I have been a Holistic Health Practitioner since 1997, specializing in Nutrition and Cleanse Coaching, Eyology as an assessment tool and various energy and body therapies. I love all things that make her feel fit and alive, especially healthy food and being outside in nature. I am passionate about educating you on how to take charge of your health, minimize dis-ease and illness and especially on how to achieve and maintain a superior quality of life to be and do all that you desire.
