Core Realty, founded in 1998 by Michael Samschick, is a multi-faceted real estate firm specializing in the ground-up construction and redevelopment of urban properties throughout Philadelphia, along with other markets such as Pittsburgh, New Jersey, and Georgia. Departments at Core range from accounting and asset management to marketing and sales, allowing the majority of the process from initial investment to the generation of residential and commercial leads to be conducted in-house. Core, within the last year, has begun its transformation phase from a boutique family style real estate firm to a larger corporate leader in the markets we cover.
