We are owned and operated by a veteran team of fastener professionals who take pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail and delivering custom and standard metal fasteners and components. Quality Assurance Our internal quality program is designed to manage operations and processes and ensure strict compliance. Our quality control and inspection system is in compliance with MIL-I-45208A. All destructive and non-destructive testing is performed by independent A2LA and Nadcap accredited metallurgical laboratories. • Thread gaging in compliance with ASME B1.3, covering System 21 and System 22. • Certification provided for dimensional product inspection, material melt chemistry, heat treatment, hardness, destructive testing, non-destructive testing, coating, self-locking elements and other processes. • Available product marking includes: heat lot code, serialization, logos, date of manufacture and other special requirements. Our Facility Core Manufacturing is located in Mentor, Ohio. Our production facility is 30 miles east of Cleveland and 45 miles from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
