Core Knowledge specialises in project work associated with business improvement. With defined scope and duration, project roles are ideally suited to contracted personnel that are dedicated to projects until the business benefits are realised. We additionally provide personnel for relief in both project and normal business roles – maintaining business continuity through coverage of planned absences, or delivering additional capacity through high workload periods. As the director of Core Knowledge, and many roles prior to that, Jason has overseen all aspects of business. With a strong aptitude for software and applications, he is actively involved in projects with roles that include: • Define and document existing systems, processes, resources, and desired outcomes, and communicating these to project team and stakeholders • Develop, identify and articulate solutions that meet defined criteria, and make recommendations on the best fit for the business • Deliver business value through active involvement in projects, and coordinating project teams, monitoring the activities and delivery against defined business goals and timeframes As an information specialist, he collects, organizes, monitors, and distributes information related to quality and process improvement functions. Additionally, he develops reports using database software and distributes those reports to key users in the organisation, customers, or suppliers.
