CORE Installations LLC Information

Charlie Abrams was born in Massachusetts, but moved to Maine at the age of 2. He was raised in Mechanic Falls on a farm until moving to Kennebunk where he went to high school. He then served 5 years in the U.S. Army. Charlie now resides in the town of Gray, Maine. Besides loving to watch sports, he also coached youth soccer for all three of his children for 10 years. He holds a position on the Gray Planning Board. He has been in the office furniture installation business since 1996, and in 2008 became a proud owner of Core Installations. Jaime Rowland was born and raised in Portland, ME and continues to live there alongside her husband and their son. She graduated from the University of Southern ME, and she has been in a management role in the installation field ever since. She played a key role in the start up of Core Installations, and is now the COO and the main hub for all communication & coordination. Matt Koza was born in Brunswick, ME and raised in Lisbon Falls, ME. He is a father of one grown son Dominic. He is an avid sports fan of all Boston sports teams and really enjoys spending time fly fishing for trout and salmon. He started as an office installer in 2004 and expanded into retail installations not long after. He has managed our 50,000 SF warehouse for 8 years and has been in the Project Management field for 6 years managing both retail and office installations. Our goal is to form a personalized relationship with you & your company in order to continuously provide you with better service. School installs always have a tight deadline, and we excel in meeting tight deadlines. This was another successful install for our Customer Creative Office Pavilion at Colby College in Waterville, ME. Core Installations is a great team to partner with.
