Core Competencies LLC was founded in 2010, but the combined experience of our staff is well over 30 years. We specialize, very simply, in technical executive search. Our two "core" specialties are Building Envelope Construction recruiting and more general Technical Recruiting. Many in the construction industry know us best for our work throughout North America with some of the largest and most prestigious companies in building products, roofing, glazing, waterproofing/masonry and other exterior specialties. We've also worked with Sustainable Building Product Manufacturers and Renewable Contractors/Developers. In the start-up world, we have worked with over two dozen Venture Capital, Corporate, Private Equity and Angel Investor backed companies from early stage through to product roll out/ramp up. Many of our placed candidates have themselves become the leaders of the companies we've placed them with over the years. Our success is contingent upon our client satisfaction. For this reason, many clients have been our exclusive clients for decades.
