Corcoran Yates exists to deliver production when organisations cannot absorb the risk, disruption, or delay internally. We operate two models: Design & Manufacture (D&M)Factory Setup & Run (FSR) Both are built around one principle: ownership of delivery. Design & Manufacture (D&M) D&M is used when a required product does not exist off the shelf. Typically these are ancillary or supporting products that must ship alongside a primary system. They are not the organisation’s core product.But failure is still visible. Under D&M we: * Define the solution * Design what must exist * Establish the production method * Deliver finished units This model is used where: * Volumes are low to medium * Timelines are compressed * Tooling risk is unacceptable * Internal teams must remain focused on the core programme Design here is not aesthetics. It is the act of making production possible. Factory Setup & Run (FSR) FSR is used when the client already owns the design but does not have the capacity, space, or appetite to run production internally. Under FSR we: * Set up a dedicated production facility * Recruit and run the manufacturing team * Operate the factory for the programme duration * Deliver against agreed output, quality, and schedule The design authority remains with the client. The production responsibility sits with us. FSR avoids: * Permanent headcount growth * Long-term facility commitments * Disruption to existing operations When the programme ends, the factory winds down cleanly.
