CoPrime is a consulting company specialized in sustainable project management and organizations governance managing Information Systems. Our expertise in tool-based practices, change management and human capital management, coupled with the seniority of our consultants, enables us to support our clients in three areas of activity to accompany your transformations: - The Functional side covers DECLIC activities - consulting & diagnosis (governance, project management, choice of project management tool, tool adoption, technical diagnosis of project management tool), but also operational activities of project management PILOT: PMO, Project Manager, aMOA around project management tools. - The Technical side is broken down into COCKPIT (BI, KPI's - Indicators, Report - Reporting), and EQUIP' (Implementation of project portfolio management tools, Service Center) - Finally, the Training section, called CHRYSALIDE, is in charge of supporting you in your transformation process with training, but also other support methods such as communities of practice, operational support, and project management training.
