Prior to Copper Hill the position of Owner's Representative was on accusatory role which often divided team members and stood in the way of creativity. Our Principal, James Serafino, felt the role of an Owner's Representative should be that of an orchestra conductor, fostering an environment of collaboration of talented parties and one which rewards the best efforts of all team members, while holding all parties accountable to project objectives.
