The Company is engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring, developing and exploiting natural resource properties in British Columbia, Canada. The Company holds interest in Invictus Project, which is located approximately 20 kilometers due west of the city of Mitrovica in North Kosovo and consists of a single exploration license of over 9.82 square kilometers. Its portfolio of projects in Quebec includes White Hills Lithium Property, Tilia Lithium Property and The East Authier Lithium Property, which are located in La Motte Township, and West Georgia Lithium Property and Mathers Lithium Property, which are located in Malartic Township. In addition, the Company holds approximately 100% of the rights, title and interest in the Lejin property located in Peru. The Company has not generated any revenues.
