CoPilot is a for-purpose virtual staffing agency that solves problems and fills needs for well-established organizations. We prioritize hiring individuals who struggle to maintain traditional employment. CoPilot was started over a year ago by 20-something serial entrepreneur Tori Molnar, who founded Utoria when she was just 14. She’s blogged for the Huffington Post, developed reality TV shows with celebrities, and traveled the country as a motivational speaker and business expert. CoPilot was founded on the idea that our work should work for us, and that everyone deserves an opportunity to share their unique gifts and talents with the world, and feel valued and productive. It’s very important to us that we create a work environment/culture where each member of our team feel equal, empowered, and appreciated.
