CFBT, formally known as Copier Fax Business Technologies is a premier office technology provider, serving Buffalo and Rochester, NY, as well as various IT and software services throughout the world. Founded in 1990 by Andrea and Al Scibetta, as a Konica Minolta dealer, CFBT has grown to 32 employees and is headquartered in downtown Buffalo, New York, with a second location in Rochester, New York. In 1997, David Scibetta joined CFBT to oversee a major expansion in the company’s technology services. This evolved CFBT from a dealership into the full-service technology partner that they are known as today. CFBT recognizes the importance of providing superior customer experience and takes great pride in knowing many of its clients are the same clients from their founding more than 30 years ago. Recently Konica Minolta gave CFBT top honor with the Dealer Award of Excellence. The award recognizes CFBT for social responsibility, as well as the commitment to employees, customers, community, and support of non-profits. They’ve also earned Konica Minolta’s Pro-Tech certification for service fourteen years in a row. This award has become a powerful symbol of competence and proficiency in their industry. CFBT is the only company within 150 miles of Buffalo and Rochester to earn the distinguished Konica Minolta Pro-Tech certification for service. The CFBT team believes relationships are crucial, especially in a community like Western New York. In August 2014, CFBT along with Konica Minolta became the “Official Technology Company of the Buffalo Sabres.” This partnership has put CFBT and Konica Minolta hardware throughout all Buffalo Sabres offices, including the Rochester Americans’ office and arena in downtown Rochester, New York. Part of this partnership was due to CFBT’
