Hello there. My name is Elana. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, having obtained my Masters of Social Work degree from Saint Louis University. I have 4 babies and 1 fur baby. I love succulents but cannot seem to keep them alive very long. Helping couples and families succeed is something dear to my heart and when we meet you will be able to see that. I am no stranger to grief and can talk comfortably about the loss or sadness you may have in your life. I love to be here; in this chair listening to your story. I am not here to change for you, but rather to help facilitate the change within you and your relationships. I have found that the best way to do that is through compassion. I truly believe that it is less about the compassion I show you, but rather, more about helping you give compassion to yourself and to your loved ones. Compassion with a focus on change.
