For some of you who have toyed with the idea of renting your home, we would be happy to do a walk through with you. We will explain our process and answer any questions you may have, whether specific to Cooper’s Cabins, or in general regarding vacation rentals. We take all the work out of setting up your vacation rental. We will also provide a rental revenue projection for your home based on comparable homes and varying occupancy rates.
