CookieZen LLC has created two all natural gourmet cookie lines: Cookies & Corks and CookieZen Bites. Cookies & Corks are sweet and savory cookies for pairing with wine. Our cookies have been crafted for pairing with wine by using only the finest ingredients like rosemary, sea salt, lemon and bittersweet chocolate. We use kosher salt in each cookie to tamp-down the sweetness level and add a subtle note of savory. These attributes make them delicious…with wine, or without. The cookies have a six-month shelf life and are Kosher certified. Wine experts, food lovers and everyone in between have raved about our cookie and wine pairings. White Cheddar Rosemary with a Pinot Noir or Zesty Lemon with Brut Sparkling wine will delight your taste buds!
