Established in 2015. Cookie Chicks provides Cookies, Deserts services in the West Michigan Area Cookie Chick's cookies got their start 26+ years ago as "bribes" to CCSA students & volunteers for good ski lessons. For years, partners Holly del Rosario & Tami Pelham spoke of starting a cookie business but with families and other responsibilities, that dream was put on "hold". Opportunity presented itself and Cookie Chicks was formed as a cottage industry on May 28, 2015, as a bake-to-order cookie, made with premium ingredients, no preservatives, with the value-add of cookie delivery. They quickly found a niche with the Corporate customer who valued the premium presentation and service provided, and made great use of the ability to present the cookies as gifts in a way so as to reflect well on their brand. They are often called upon to support many of the area's Corporate customer meetings and events. In Dec. 2016, a contract was signed with 1-800-FLOWERS to be the exclusive fulfiller of Fruit Bouquets in West MI. As a result, a new shop opened in May 2017 in Comstock Park.
