Convoca scaffolds relationships at scale, giving civic leaders tools to learn not just from, but with their people, strengthening their shared democratic practice through voice-rich data collection, relationship-centered analysis and visualization, and traceable community-informed decision making. We co-designed our work with city planners and community organizers. Our tools make sense of large volumes of community input, surface recurring themes, and connect public decisions back to what residents actually said.
