Convey Services Information

Convey Services was the legacy business that preceded Pathroot Health. As an enterprise content, communications, and engagement SaaS platform, Convey served organizations that needed better ways to educate, communicate with, and support distributed audiences. The platform supported large-scale virtual events and engagement programs for organizations including the American Nurses Association, Rotary International, and AFLAC. As the company’s focus shifted toward healthcare and family engagement, the Convey platform was retired and the business evolved into Pathroot Health, a new platform built specifically to help behavioral health and addiction treatment providers educate, activate, and align families from intake through aftercare. Although Convey Services no longer operates as a standalone company, its legacy continues through the experience, relationships, and engagement expertise that helped shape Pathroot Health.
