Conves Information

About Conves: Conves helps corporates, SMEs, and scale-ups achieve their strategic goals quickly and effectively. While many companies know their priorities, execution often proves challenging. That’s where we come in – bringing new momentum and practical support to turn goals into measurable success. Our approach: We don’t just implement strategies – we ensure they lead to real results. Together with our clients, we develop tailored concepts and support the full journey to success. Our clients mainly come from transportation & logistics, insurance, and manufacturing – but we focus less on sectors and more on “how” to drive change effectively. No two challenges are the same, so we don’t offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we adapt to each client’s needs using a strong methodological foundation and deep understanding of change dynamics. What sets us apart: Our team brings together experience from top-tier consulting and leadership roles in corporates and scale-ups. This dual background gives us a unique edge: we know what it takes to make change happen – not just plan it. Acting as co-pilots, we drive transformation alongside our clients rather than advising from a distance. Enable talents with our “allset” program: To support our purpose of “enabling organizations and individuals to thrive,” we created allset – a 4-month learning journey for young high potentials in corporates, SMEs, and start-ups. Participants gain key consulting skills like problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, ownership, and resilience. allset combines self-study, live sessions, peer collaboration, mentoring, and hands-on casework – all designed to fit alongside day-to-day roles. The goal: develop impact-driven changemakers ready to both think strategically and execute effectively. More at: www.allset-journey.de
