Conversa has been a key partner for OEMs, Enterprise, Wireless Network Operators, National Retailers, Government, and Device Distributors since 2008. Conversa Solutions is also the developer of siperLOCK, a security application designed for carriers and retailers to protect devices on EIP or Device Leasing/Financing Plans. It allows the carrier/retailer to remotely disable a device if the customer is delinquent or the device is reported lost or stolen. siperLOCK protects against credit losses, reduces collections costs, speeds up collection returns and retains customers.
