Convalentis was founded by Dr. Martin G. A. Walter after more than two decades in global market access and policy, including senior leadership roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and earlier consulting experience at Simon-Kucher. This combination of industry, consulting, and leadership experience shapes a practical, system-aware approach that connects strategy with execution. We believe access improves when people across healthcare share purpose, understand each other and work together with transparency and respect.
