CONTRL Information

Most businesses don’t have an information problem. The information is everywhere: in the ERP, the WMS, a PDF somebody emailed on Tuesday, a certificate in SharePoint, a spreadsheet built eight years ago that still runs half the company. Then somebody needs an answer. Can we release the shipment? Can we pay this invoice? Can this supplier make this product? Did the work actually get done? And suddenly all that software isn’t the answer. Somebody still has to pull the pieces together, check them, and make the call. We built CONTRL for that part. CONTRL takes evidence from wherever it already lives and checks it against the conditions that have to be met. Then it computes the decision: one of five outcomes. • Authorized • Denied • Blocked • Insufficient Evidence • Expired Not a score. Not a maybe. Not “pending.” When the answer isn’t yes, CONTRL says exactly why. When the evidence changes, it recomputes. Every decision comes with its proof. CONTRL shows its work and signs it. We don’t replace your ERP, CRM or WMS. If you have them, we connect to them. If you don’t, CONTRL still works.
