Contrast d.o.o. was founded in 1992 in Belgrade as an entrepreneurial project by Branko and Jovan. As one of the first startups in the Serbian IT market, Contrast signs some of the pioneering software projects in Serbia, such as the accounting software (Stručnjak, 1996), a software for quick & easy filling in of the administrative forms (Formular 1, 1997) and the school information system software ( Škole, 1997). For the past 20 years and more, Contrast has been the most recognized by PlanPlus - the digital maps of Serbia and Montenegro, the first and (still) the only domestic digital map of the country. Launched many years before Google Maps were even born, PlanPlus is still one of the most accurate and up-to-date digital maps of Serbia, transferring its data to major global companies - leaders in the field of GPS navigation (iGo, TomTom, Here ...). By the time, PlanPlus has been established as a leading database of public and business facilities, as well as one of the most popular web services in the country, to the delight of hundreds of thousands of users.
