Contractual Services is a specialist practice focussed on helping our Clients with Contractual issues related to the Construction industry – both commercial with experience working for Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Supply Chain as well as Domestic Clients when problems may evolve with contractors related to home renovations, or repairs, or even safe guarding by setting up a contract to suit the works. We can support your needs in at all stages of the project, whether that may be Procurement (enquiries preparation), Pre-Contract (drafting or reviewing contracts before entering into agreement, or preparing bespoke T&C documents), Post Contract (final account review, mediation or problem solving), disputes (supporting with reviews of entitlement, claim preparation, or response through to adjudication, or arbitration). We have over 20+ years experience at all stages of construction projects across a number of sectors in the construction industry, and are able to bring an Experienced and Professional approach to any problem that you may encounter.
