Contracting Intelligence Group (CIG) is a compliance-first federal acquisition consulting firm founded by four former federal acquisition executives with 80+ years of combined experience across DoD, HHS, DHS, GSA, and civilian agencies. We are not consultants who studied the federal acquisition system. We are the people who ran it, former Senior Contracting Officers, SES-level leaders, evaluation board chairs, and 1102-series professionals who managed billion-dollar portfolios, designed source selection frameworks, and trained the federal acquisition workforce. When the system we helped build restructured around us, we rebuilt ourselves as the exact expertise small and diverse-owned contractors need most. What we do: CIG supports small, minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses across the full acquisition lifecycle — from capture strategy and proposal development to post-award compliance and audit readiness. We don't sell single services. We solve acquisition problems end-to-end.
