Contollo is a new building consultancy that brings together built environment experts with people who know how to build a group. The demand for energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and sustainability, coincides with increased expectations of what buildings can deliver. However, the building services sector is highly fragmented, with isolated disciplines and limited collaboration. This siloed approach reduces the effectiveness of the consultancy process and prevents developers from realising the full potential of smart buildings. The founders of Contollo are on a journey to form a new mid-sized consultancy that works with commercial developers to offer building consultancy (MEP and Cost Management), with particular expertise in smart buildings. Contollo seeks to bridge the gaps in collaboration, allowing a more integrated and effective approach to building consultancy that unlocks the full potential of smart buildings for developers.
