CPD in the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto has a long-standing global reputation for innovation, leadership and excellence in continuing professional development.   As a knowledge hub for the research, design and delivery of innovative, accredited continuous learning experiences for healthcare professionals we enable the delivery of better education for better outcomes. We enable healthcare professionals to make better decisions around the care and treatment of their patients, resulting in improved health outcomes.  Our goal is to support and enable Program Directors to better plan and implement continuing education activities by providing a better learning experience for the attendees, as well as measure the impact and long-term effectiveness of these activities, consistent with the focus on outcome-based continuous learning.
